Who is German Armando Rios?

German Armando Rios Febus, is an Electrical Engineer who graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus (UPRM). Native puertorrican, he was born on August 12, 1981, same day IBM-Microsoft introduced the first PC-DOS computer that greatelly contributed to the flattening of the world, nice irony isn't?. He was raised in a family of six, he is the youngest son. His parents, German and Carmen, raised all their children in Levittown Lakes, at Toa Baja, Puerto Rico. He started working with computers and things related to them in 1991, when he got his first IBM-compatible PC computer, a 486SX25. From that time, his been very literate in the computer medium, so largely that even Microsoft Puerto Rico, invited him to many local gatherings at hotels since 1995. In 1996, he started selling custom made computers assembled to order for family and friends, and since then his been a computer consultant for many people around the island. In 1998, he became the chief leader for his high school on a trip organized to visit Europe, he conducted the visit with other 20 people to England, France and Spain, on March of the next year. In 1999, he graduated with high honors from High School, and got accepted at University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez (UPRM) on the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. UPRM is the most prestigious engineering univeristy in Puerto Rico and on the top 10 best Electrical Engineering schools in the United States and the Americas. Since then he moved to the west side of Puerto Rico and leaved away from his family. Currently he stills pursuing his career as an Electrical and Computer Engineer and stills working as a Computer Consultant to many loyal clients and new. Always with a busy mind on technology and innovations, working in his always surrounding inventions and projects.
