Digital Publishing (August 2004-May 2005)Digital Publishing research and development, for processing and controlling documents. Generation of test documents based on: PDF, XML and XSL:FO. Assisted with forms of workflow models, with particular emphasis on document management. Use of a workflow engine based on Petri Nets. Project Webmaster. Under supervision of Nayda Santiago, Wilson Rivera, and PDC Group Staff, all from ECE professors at University of Puerto Rico (UPRM). This work is done in colaboration with Purdue University, Indiana and Hewlett-Packard (HP Labs), Palo Alto, California.

High Performance Computing (HPC) and Parallel Coding(August 2004- May 2005)Undergraduated Researh and Development, implementing efficient high-performance algorithms and parallel coding using Message Passing Interface (MP1).

WIMS (Wireless Integrated Microsystems) (june 2004-august 2004)Undergraduated Research for the University of Michigan, working from funding from the NSF (National Science Foundation) at the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez (UPRM). Worked on porting a two Benchmarks Suites for the WIMS Microsystem, also develop a 32-bit Floating Point Emulation algorithm on a 16-bit hardware. UPRM WIMS webmaster.
